On his first day in the Oval Office, President Donald Trump signed dozens of executive orders, but one that has been immediately challenged is his efforts to end birthright citizenship. Rep. Beth Van Duyne, R-Texas, told Newsmax on Tuesday that “everything this president does is going to be challenged.”

On Monday, immigration rights advocates sued the Trump administration over its order that seeks to strip certain babies born in the United States of their U.S. citizenship.

“National Report” host Emma Rechenberg asked Van Duyne if Trump’s plan to end birthright citizenship will be challenged in the courts. “I’m sure pretty much everything that this president does is going to be challenged by somebody in the courts,” Van Duyne replied.
