Milley Among Biden Appointees Fired by Trump

President Donald Trump said his team is “actively in the process of identifying and removing” more than 1,000 presidential appointees from the Biden administration, most notably retired U.S. Army Gen. Mark Milley and celebrity chef José Andrés.

More than 12 hours after he took the oath of office in the Capitol Rotunda, Trump was still working to undo many of former President Joe Biden’s actions and appointments.

“Our first day in the White House is not over yet! My Presidential Personnel Office is actively in the process of identifying and removing over a thousand Presidential Appointees from the previous Administration, who are not aligned with our vision to Make America Great Again,” Trump posted on Truth Social shortly after midnight.
